My process is focused on creating a welcoming environment for all to explore and nurture their signature style. I go “beyond the clothes” to guide clients through an experience that is supportive, creative, and introspective. I work with all sizes, and have extensive professional experience in plus sizing.

I approach our work from a size neutral and anti-diet mindset, whether or not you are plus sized. This approach allows you to establish a relationship with style that can adapt to the natural changes all of our bodies inevitably go through over our lifetimes.

As in the name, personal style should feel deeply personal. I view our work together as a co-creative journey, and an intimate process of self-development. It is your way of visual communicating your identity, and I firmly believe that your relationship with style will have a profound ripple effect on all areas of your life.

I attended Humber College for Fashion Arts in 2012. I have spent the last 14+ years carving out a distinctive niche in the fashion industry as a size inclusive personal stylist. I was a Selected Style Director and ASVOFF Award nominee in 2022. With an online following of over 100,000 across my channels, my style-focused videos have garnered widespread acclaim. I have been featured in Forbes, Oprah Magazine, InStyle, Business Insider, People, and more, for my styling expertise and reflections on plus size fashion.

As the founder and lead stylist of Heensie Personal Styling, I lead a small team of stylists who share my ethos and commitment to diversity in the fashion and style space.

I am currently Toronto-based, with all services offered virtually and available worldwide.
